Our FTP hosting facility has been upgraded to offer our clients a faster and more reliable service for FTP uploads and orders via SimWare. Due to the increase of traffic on the previous server, some of you may have experienced slow connections and some downtime in the last few days.

We have now transferred the platform to a more reliable UK based site so you should see an increase of performance moving forward.

We are looking forward to receiving feedback about your overall experience with SimWare, FTP upload and online ordering.
